
Mumbai, January 18, 2026: Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam 4.0 Held at ‘August Kranti Maidan’On behalf of Vasudhaiva family‘The third day of the conclave and demonstration was very significant. Apart from the legal discussions held by experts in the field of law, the youth also enthusiastically participated in student-centric activities. Active participation of the people present was seen in the public discussion forum.
The ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ exhibition was open the whole day and the number of visitors was also encouraging. Along with this, an exhibition based on 75 years of the Indian Constitution is also being organized, in which topics like organizational capability of joint family, constitutional balance, social responsibility and moral governance were presented.

Student participation was the main focus during this conclave. In the ‘Student Engagement Zone’ specially prepared for this purpose. moot courtSemi-final and final rounds were held. The law students displayed excellent advocacy, legal reasoning and procedural correctness. After the final round, a formal felicitation ceremony was also organized to recognize the efforts and excellence of the participants, which increased the enthusiasm of the participants.
The legal discussion became more comprehensive and fruitful with Panel-3 on the topic ‘Fundamental Rights’ at Mathuradas Hall, the venue of the conclave. In this session, senior advocates of Bombay High Court, Rafiq Dada, Zal Adhyarujina, Pradeep Sancheti and Chetan Kapadia presented detailed and guiding views on the origin, interpretation and current challenges of fundamental rights. Topics like judicial balance, civil liberties and constitutional safeguards were covered in this discussion.

In the afternoon session, Panel-4 was organized on the topic ‘Constraint and other areas of life’. in which India supreme courtFormer Justice B.N. Sri Krishna, Senior Supreme Court Advocate Sanjay Upadhyay, Senior Advocate Naushad Engineer, BCMG Vice Chairman Uday Varunjikar and Bombay High Court Advocate Mayur Khandeparkar were present. The panel discussed the interrelationship between law and emerging sectors, environmental and institutional perspectives.
In the evening, podcast sessions were organized on topics like politics, business, precious metals and environment-climate. Not only this, the wider public received accurate and useful information through this discussion, but this session also added the dimension of mutual discussion to the conclave.
Overall, January 18 was an important day for coordination of constitutional dialogue, student empowerment and cultural integration.
