This dish is quick to prepare with minimal ingredients. Many elements like fibers, vitamin A, vitamin C and B-6, potassium, magnesium etc. are found in sweet potatoes. So in winter, sweet potato should be consumed in breakfast or at other times. Eating sweet potato which is rich in nutrients helps in improving health. Materials:

  • yam
  • dates
  • nuts

  • Dried rose petals

Action:

  • To make sweet potato rabadi, first wash the sweet potato with clean water. Potatoes should be kept in water for some time to remove the soil from the potatoes.
  • Put the washed yams in the cooker pot and add water as needed and keep it for cooking.
  • After 4 to 5 whistles of the cooker turn off the flame and keep the sweet potatoes to cool. After the sweet potatoes cool, peel them and cut the sweet potatoes into pieces.
  • Heat the milk in a pan. After the milk boils, turn off the heat and cool the milk.
  • Add cooked sweet potato, milk, almonds, cashews, cardamom powder to a mixer bowl and make a paste.
  • Take the prepared rabdi in a bowl and top with dry fruits and dried rose petals and serve to eat.
