The IGNOU Campus Placement Cell (CPC) is organizing a mega placement drive on January 27, 2026, at the BR Ambedkar Convention Center, IGNOU Campus, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, from 10:00 AM onwards. This placement drive is exclusively for current and former IGNOU students. The main objective of this placement drive is to provide employment opportunities to eligible students interested in working in the Hospitality, Business Development, Travel, and Aviation sectors. Regarding this, IGNOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Uma Kanjilal said that this placement drive underscores IGNOU's strong industry interface and its role in facilitating meaningful career paths for learners through campus placements.

Companies Participating in the Placement Drive
The major organizations participating in the IGNOU Campus Placement Cell (CPC) include YS Hospitality, Pracxis Communications, and Bird Flight Services, which will be recruiting for various positions such as Backend Office Support Staff, Office Administration/Graphic Designer, Sales and Operations (Travel), Business Development Executive, Customer Service Agent (CSA), and Customer Service Host (CSH). 

How to participate in the placement drive:
Both freshers and experienced candidates can participate in the IGNOU campus placement drive. To participate in the placement drive, candidates must register on the official IGNOU website. Registration can be done through the QR code provided in the placement notice on the website. Students participating in the placement drive must report with two updated CVs, two recent passport-size photographs, an IGNOU identity card, a government-issued ID, and relevant educational and experience documents.
