Cochin Shipyard ITI Workmen Recruitment: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released a recruitment notification for ITI candidates for the posts of Fabrication Assistant and Outfit Assistant. These appointments will be on a contractual basis.
A total of 260 vacancies are available for various ITI trades in this recruitment. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official CSL website from January 21, 2026, to February 7, 2026.
Application Requirements
For the Cochin Shipyard Limited ITI Workman Recruitment 2026, candidates must have passed SSLC and ITI - NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the relevant trade. In addition, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience or training in the relevant trade.
The maximum age of the candidate should be 45 years (date of birth on or after 08-02-1981). Age relaxation is applicable: 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC/ST, and the maximum age is 50 years for PwD or ex-servicemen candidates as per government rules.

The application fee for the Cochin Shipyard ITI Workman Recruitment will be paid only through online mode (via debit card, credit card, or internet banking). The fee is Rs. 300 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
