Carrots are a source of Vitamin A among winter vegetables. You must have eaten and made this halwa a lot during winters. This time you try carrot raita. Grate the carrots finely and then add it with curd and add cumin powder, black pepper powder, ground black salt to it. Churn it until smooth and then add a little water.
