For heart health- Nutritionist Deepshikha tells that, if you have poor heart health problem then you should eat gram. Because potassium, fiber and magnesium are found in abundance in it. These help you in improving heart health and weight function.

PCOS problem- If you have PCOS problem then you should eat whole moong dal. It is quite light. Consuming it can reduce inflammation and also helps in balancing hormones.

Diabetes patients- Deepshikha Jain tells that if you have diabetes then masoor dal is best for you. A lot of fiber is found in it, which helps in reducing insulin sensitivity. Sugar level remains under control.

Those with weak digestion- If your gut health is not good then washed moong can be beneficial for you. It gets digested quickly and improves digestion.
