To make the cream you need...
To make this cream you need some rice. Aloe vera gel, vitamin E capsules and olive or coconut oil. Wash the rice first otherwise there is a risk of the chemicals in it reaching the skin. Now wash the rice 4 to 5 times until the water becomes clear. Once the rice is clean, add drinking water to it and soak it. Rice contains amino acids, minerals and antioxidants. These make the skin bright. When the rice swells and becomes milky in color, it has to be crushed by pressing it with a whisker. If the rice gets ground too much in the mixer, it would be better to grind it with a whisker or a spoon. Now drain the rice water. Rice can be used in food. Now fill this water in a clean spray bottle and keep it. It can be used as toner.

Make rice cream like this
Now we will make cream from the remaining rice water. Take fresh aloe vera gel in a vessel, if it is not fresh then use the market one but it should not be green. Take transparent aloe vera gel. Now add rice water to it and keep whisking slowly. Do not add too much water, the consistency should be like cream.
Keep for up to 1 week
After beating, add two capsules of Vitamin E in it. Your cream is ready to apply. If your skin is dry then you can add coconut or olive oil to it. Otherwise apply it like this. There is no preservative in both toner and cream, so it cannot be stored for long. Make it in small quantities and use it within a week. Beat this cream well and it will turn white. Apply this cream on clean face before sleeping at night. There is no need to keep it in the refrigerator during winter season.
