Under what circumstances can the police interrogate?
If someone has filed a complaint against the loving couple. Suspected of being a minor. There is suspicion of coercion or human trafficking. There should be concrete evidence of illegal activity in the hotel. If any one of these things is there, the police can catch and interrogate. Just staying with the boyfriend is not a reason for police action.
Can the police take you out of the room?
If you are both adults and your IDs are valid, the police cannot enter the room without a warrant. Cannot force you out. Cannot take any photos or videos.
Is it necessary to show ID or not?
