The Income Tax Department is accepting applications from candidates for the posts of Stenographer Grade-II, Tax Assistant, and MTS. Candidates who wish to apply for these positions can do so online through the official website. A ​​total of 97 candidates will be selected through this recruitment process. The last date to apply for these positions is approaching. Therefore, all candidates are advised to complete the application process before January 31st.

Salary Details
Candidates selected for the Stenographer Grade-II positions will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100, those selected for Tax Assistant positions will receive a salary ranging from Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100, and those selected for MTS positions will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900.

Age Limit
The age limit for applying to the Stenographer Grade-II and Tax Assistant positions is 18 to 27 years. For the MTS positions, the age limit is 18 to 25 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Educational Qualification
To apply for the Stenographer Grade-II positions, candidates must have passed Class 12th from a recognized institution in India. For the Tax Assistant positions, candidates must possess a graduate degree, and for the MTS positions, candidates must have passed Class 10th.

Registration Fee
All candidates are required to pay a registration fee to apply for these positions. The registration fee is Rs. 200.
