Popular family restaurant chain Peter Piper Pizza has brought back its much-loved heart-shaped pizza for the third consecutive year, combining Valentine’s season with charitable giving.

According to a company press release, $1 from every heart-shaped pizza sold will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, supporting paediatric healthcare services across multiple states. The special pizza, topped with pepperoni, will be available until March 1.

Sweetheart Special for Arizona customers

New this year, Peter Piper Pizza has also introduced a Sweetheart Special, exclusively for Arizona locations, running until February 14. The offer includes a large pepperoni pizza along with a choice of Oreo Crunch Dessert or Cinnamon Crunch Dessert for $22.99. As with the heart-shaped pizza, $1 from each Sweetheart Special sold will go towards Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Genaro Perez, Chief Marketing Officer of Peter Piper Pizza, said the initiative reflects the generosity of customers who wish to support children’s health in their local communities. He noted that the partnership raised more than $27,000 last year, prompting the company to expand the campaign this year.

Supporting hospitals where it matters most

Funds raised through the campaign will be directed to the “Greatest Needs” funds at local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in 11 cities across Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas. This allows each hospital to allocate resources to urgent priorities, including critical treatments and innovative therapies.

Julie Breckenkamp, Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, said the campaign demonstrates how small community traditions can make a meaningful difference in children’s healthcare outcomes.

Owned by CEC Entertainment LLC, Peter Piper Pizza operates more than 115 locations across the United States and Mexico, continuing to blend family dining with community support initiatives.
