Mahoba: An unexpected incident created a stir in political circles in Mahoba district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday. Jal Shakti Department Minister Swatantra Dev Singh had come to participate in a government program, but there he had a heated clash with his own party’s MLA Brajbhushan Rajput.
