Mumbai’s fitness queen Sameera Reddy has once again given a healthy breakfast idea to her fans. In the video shared on Instagram, he showed an easy way to make soft ragi idli at home. This dish is excellent for hormonal balance and bone health of women.

The steps are clear in the video. Soak half cup urad dal for 4 hours, rava for 1 hour. Grind pulses and make a paste, add rava. Apply tempering in the pan with ghee – curry leaves, asafoetida, urad dal, cumin, mustard seeds. Add ragi flour and fry for 1 minute and mix in the batter. Add curd, baking soda, salt and beat. Keep for 20 minutes, then fill in idli mold and steam for 10-15 minutes. Hot idlis are ready.
