Emmerdale star Eden Taylor-Draper has revealed significant relationship news to her followers.

Eden rose to prominence after joining the ITV soap in 2005, at just eight years old, portraying Belle Dingle, daughter of beloved characters Zak (Steven Haliwell) and Lisa (Jane Cox). Belle quickly won over viewers' hearts.

She's been central to numerous major storylines - from her harrowing domestic abuse plot to killing her closest friend and embarking on an unexpected affair with the village GP, Belle's journey in the Dales has been packed with drama.

Off-screen, however, actress Eden is happily coupled up with boyfriend Ed Lewis. The duo started dating in 2016 and are thought to have crossed paths at Harrogate Grammar School in North Yorkshire.

Ed works outside the entertainment world and attended Durham University between 2016 and 2019, earning a first-class honours degree in geography, reports the Mirror.

The couple share an enthusiasm for travelling and regularly post snaps from destinations worldwide on Instagram, including a festive visit to Vienna's Christmas markets in Austria.

Now, Eden has disclosed that she and Ed have progressed their relationship further. The actress recently posted a video on her TikTok profile, which focuses on her love of literature and reading, to update her fans.

She kicked off the video with a warm greeting: "Hello! We're back! How are you? How is life? I feel like so much has been going on, which is why I've not been posting."

Next, she unveiled her exciting personal updates, saying: "We moved, we bought a flat, we went travelling, I've been working, it's all lovely stuff!" Eden then expressed her eagerness to return to her reading habits, stating: "I feel like I'm ready to get back into my reading, get on top of my reading goals for the new year."

Eden also shared her grand vision for her new home, revealing: "In our new flat, actually, the front room I want to turn into the ultimate reading nook, because we've got a huge bookshelf and I've got a little sofa in there, and I just want to turn it into a little slice of reading paradise."

Her followers were quick to shower her with supportive messages. One fan wrote: "Aw, glad you're back!" Another chimed in: "I love this!" A third commented: "This is such a cosy corner, I'm excited for more content."
