Jeremy Vine turned explosive today as Reform UK's Andrea Jenkyns threatened to walk off the show during a heated debate. She and commentator Marina Purkiss went head to head over the Jeremy Epstein files, as more information about the convicted sex offender has been released, with names such as Peter Mandelson, Donald Trump and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor being included. All three have denied any wrongdoing, but with accusations being released over the weekend, Trump's involvement with Epstein has been called into question, as Marina hit out at Andrea for defending the US President.

Marina said on Vine to Andrea: "I mean, the Trump, the stuff that is alleged about Trump is horrific and we can't even say it on the air, but I don't know. If there's truth in it, that's the difference. Well, I'm really struggling here.

Sorry, I'm really struggling here. I'm going to try and stay calm with this, OK? Because you and your party are very vocal when it comes to protecting women and girls. And here we are faced with the most cruel, brutal, elite, unpunished, grooming gang, paedophile ring in the world.

"And it is remarkable how quiet you all are. It is remarkable. And also, I need to know, you are obviously a defender of Trump. You praise him, your party, you align very closely. I think the viewers should know, given everything we know about Trump, in these files that we know of him today, do you still support him?"

Andrea replied: "Look, to me, it's not about Trump. This is about believing in due process," as Marina cut in to ask: "Do you still support him?" Andrea snapped back: "I will finish. I will finish."

Marina turned to Jeremy and said: "You can see through this," as he asked Andrea: "I mean, I think you do still support him, right? Because as you're saying, he's not guilty in your terms." Andrea replied: "I believe in a due process," as Marina once again spoke over her: "Can I? Right, go for it. Go for it." Jeremy once again intervened to say: "Go. You go for it, Andrea. I'll try and hold."

Andrea responded: "You're not the host here, Jeremy is. Now, the fact is, do I support Trump? He is a democratic leader. Now, if anybody is seen to have been involved, whoever it is, whichever party in underhand tactics and abuse like that to a minor, then they need outing, excuse me, Marina, I will finish," as Marina jumped in.

She said: "The due process isn't happening, because under him, there are still millions of files that haven't been released. I can't believe. In fact, I looked. There is no mention of you ever talking about women and girls, unless it's through the lens of immigration. But here, when faced with this guy who's on your side, not a peep. Not a peep.

Clearly getting frustrated, Andrea asked Jeremy: "Is the point of you even sitting here, Jeremy?" as she said she could "could not get a word in edgeways".

Marina once again tried to answer, as Jeremy insisted: "No, no, Marina," as Andrea added: "You've had enough, Marina."

Still refusing to back down, Marina continued: "All the stuff that we've noted today, the civil remains..." Andrea then gave up, as she said: "I'm going to go off if I do not get chance to speak."

A struggling Vine then said to them both: "Okay, okay. Hold, hold. I can control it, but you're both speaking."
