Hack to keep fenugreek fresh throughout the year
Fenugreek is available quite cheap at present. In such a situation, you can bring fenugreek from the market and store it for a year. For this, bring fresh fenugreek and clean it while sitting comfortably. Remove all the stems. Now wash the fenugreek thoroughly, then place it on a kitchen towel and wipe it with light hands. After this, place the fenugreek in the air fryer, set a timer for 15 minutes and set it at 110°. Once 7 minutes are up, open the air fryer and shake all the leaves. Your Kasuri Methi will be ready. Store it in an air tight container.
How to do without air fryer?
Even if you do not have an air fryer, you can make Kasuri Methi. Rest of the process will remain the same, you just have to dry the fenugreek in the shade. 4 to 5 days will be enough. When the fenugreek dries completely and becomes hard, store it. Kasuri Methi is ready, you can add it to pulses, vegetables or any dish. Both aroma and taste will increase.
