Brady signed a $375 million contract with FOX Sports

Super Bowl legend Tom Brady has sparked a new debate regarding a potential exit from broadcasting to focus on his NFL ownership stakes and business ventures.

The seven-time champion recently wrapped up his second season with FOX, part of a landmark 10-year, $375 million contract.

Speculation began to spread following the NFC Championship in January 2026, as the former quarterback highlighted his shift toward new health ventures and his role as a minority stakeholder in the Las Vegas Raiders.

In recent interviews, Brady noted that he always moves with a purpose, even in his transition from a player to a broadcaster.

“I want to be great at what I do and that always takes some time and strategizing and learning and growing and evolving,” he said.

Brady also signaled the evolving nature of his career in an Instagram post: “Alright, the couch day is over. Heard there’s a big flag football game coming up.”

According to inside sources, the constraints of his Raiders ownership, which limit his access to other teams’ facilities, may serve as the catalyst for an early exit.

While Brady remains bound by his 10-year deal, his current trajectory suggests a move toward a more influential role behind the scenes of the NFL.
