UP Employees' Salary Withhold: State governments have started increasing strictness regarding transparency and accountability. This strictness has affected thousands of employees in Uttar Pradesh. The salaries of employees who did not submit their property details on the online portal on time have been withheld. The government says that employees who do not follow the rules will not receive their salaries.

In UP, it is mandatory to update property details every year. A deadline was set for this. After the deadline passed, many employees did not update their details. This step was taken as a result. If you are also a UP government employee, check this way to ensure your salary is not withheld.

These Employees' Salaries Have Been Put on Hold

The UP government had instructed all employees to upload details of their movable and immovable property on the Manav Sampada portal by January 31st. Monitoring of this has been very strict. There are a total of 866,261 employees in the state. Of these, 68,236 employees did not update their information within the stipulated time limit.

The Chief Secretary's office had already informed about this, stating that salaries could be withheld for negligence. However, after the deadline passed and the data was reviewed, an order was issued to withhold the salaries of employees who had not uploaded their information.

How to Check if Your Salary Will Be Withheld

State employees can log in to the Manav Sampada portal and check the status of their property information in their profile. If the information is showing as pending, then understand that your salary may also be withheld. If you want to ensure your salary is not withheld, then you will have to enter all your property details.

How to Enter Property Information

To do this, you will have to log in to the State Employee Manav Sampada portal, go to your profile, and update your property information and related necessary documents. Help desks have also been set up in several departments for this process. If you update the information on time, the salary disbursement process can begin. Delays will only create more problems for you, so please complete this task immediately.
