The Oakley Meta Vanguard offers up to nine hours of use on a single charge, with around six hours of continuous audio.
The charging case provides an additional 36 hours, while a quick charge can give 50% battery in about 20 minutes.
For fitness tracking, the glasses can connect with Garmin and other fitness apps through Meta AI. Users can ask simple voice questions like how their workout is going or check heart rate progress without looking down.
