Demographic Update: Correction in Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number and Email ID. Biometric Update: 5 and 15 years Mandatory biometric update, or re-scan of photo, fingerprint and iris (Iris) for children aged 10 years. Mandatory document update: Re-submission of proof of identity and address (POI/POA) for 10 years old Aadhaar card. Step-by-step process to book Aadhaar appointment (Online Guide) Follow the steps given below to get your work done without facing the crowd: Visit the website: First of all visit the official portal of UIDAI Login to appointments.uidai.gov.in. Selection of City: Go to ‘Book an Appointment at UIDAI run Aadhaar Seva Kendra’ section and select your city or location. Selection of Service: Click on ‘Proceed to Book Appointment’. Now enter your mobile number and captcha code and verify through OTP. Fill the details: Select the information you want to update (eg Address Update or Mobile Update) and fill the required details. Slot Booking: Now a calendar will open in front of you. Select the date and time (Time Slot) as per your convenience. Confirmation: Submit the booking. You will get an appointment slip, which will contain the token number and address of the centre. Download or print it. Things to keep in mind while visiting the centre: Reach the Aadhaar center on time: Reach the Aadhaar center at least 15 minutes before your booked slot. Important Documents: Do not forget to carry the original documents required for update (like Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Ration Card). Printout: Show the printout of the appointment slip or the receipt saved in the mobile at the counter. Your work will start immediately without any queue.
