Mandar Shinde said in an interview that “Kedar Dada was staying at Grandfather’s (Shaheer Sable) house while I was staying at Kalachowki with my mother. Dada’s school was different and so was the circle! We didn’t even know that we were full brothers. Even Dada came to know after 5 to 7 years that my mother was his mother.”

Mandar also talked about his career in the interview. Earlier, Mandar worked as an assistant director in the serial industry. He has worked for many popular serials. But eventually due to lack of work, he opted for driving to run the house. Now Mandar is doing a driving job at a trade. Saying that, Mandar said, “Fortunately, the business I work for is very good and I am equally honest in my work.”
