Mirzapur The Movie: Amazon, MGM Studios and Excel Entertainment together are bringing India’s most famous and favorite web series ‘Mirzapur’ to the big screen i.e. theatres. this movie ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ (Mirzapur The Movie) and it will show an untold and exciting chapter of the world of Mirzapur, which no one has seen till now. This film has been made by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. It is also co-produced by Kasim Jagmagiya and Vishal Ramchandani under the banner of Excel Entertainment.

The direction has been done by Gurmeet Singh and the script has been written by Puneet Krishna. Now the makers have announced the release date of the film. While sharing the new poster of the film on his Insta handle, Ritesh Sidhwani wrote, ‘Now watch Bhaukaal on the big screen. Watch #MirzapurTheMovie to be released in theaters near you on 4th September. This announcement has left excitement among the fans.

Which characters will be seen

Mirzapur is one of India’s most popular OTT (online) franchises, with millions of fans. Now it is going to hit the theaters for the first time. Old favorite characters are coming back in the film – like Kalin Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi), Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) and the most awaited character Munna Bhaiya (Divyendu) is also coming back. This film will present the entire gangster world of Mirzapur in a very big and grand manner in theaters, where the audience will be able to feel that dangerous and drama-filled world on the big screen.

Recently Ali Fazal shared some pictures and videos of the last part of the shooting of the film on social media. The shooting of the film was completed last week itself. Ali showed some interesting behind-the-scenes glimpses from the sets, which showed the hard work that went into preparing the character of Guddu Bhaiya for the big screen. Ali Fazal wrote in the caption that ‘This series is very long. This is a journey of love and hate. The last schedule of the film Mirzapur has been completed. He also shared a couplet, which was by Badayuni Sahab and in Nani’s voice. He praised the team and thanked director Gurmeet Singh (who is called Gurupa), Puneet Krishna and producer Baba (@kapoorbaba). He said that despite a lot of difficulties, the team did a great job without any compromise and when the cameras started rolling, everyone gave their 100%.

There are many other big names in the film, actors like Jitendra Kumar, Ravi Kishan, Abhishek Banerjee, Rasika Duggal, Shweta Tripathi, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Harshita Gaur, Sushant Singh, Mohit Malik, Sheeba Chaddha, Rajesh Tailang, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Sonal Chauhan, Pramod Pathak and Anangsha Biswas will be seen in it.
