Instant Dosa

If you have soaked rice and urad dal overnight, just grind it with ginger, chilli and garlic in the morning. Add some salt to this batter and spread it on the pan to prepare crispy dosa. Along with peanut chutney, it becomes children’s favorite breakfast.

Hot Tomato Soup

Soup is not only healthy but is also prepared quickly. Boil chopped tomatoes and mash or grind them. Add salt, black pepper and finely chopped vegetables (cabbage, capsicum) to it. Cook for 5-7 minutes and the delicious soup is ready.

Cheese Paratha

Cheese is an all-time favorite of kids. Spread grated cheese, some ketchup and chopped vegetables on wheat bread. Fold it in half and cook it well on the pan from both the sides. This is a quick tiffin option.
