The Grammy-winning artist confirmed the loss in a joint statement released along with Nathan’s mother. I am extremely heartbroken for the tragic loss of our son Nathan Smith. Authorities stated The individual is believed to be Nathan Smith pending official confirmation by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office.” At present no foul play is suspected. However the Milton Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is looking into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
