Materials:

• Strawberries
• curd
• Cardamom powder

Action:

• First of all to make Strawberry Shrikhand. Rinse the strawberries with water. After that, take water in a big pot, add salt and baking soda to it and keep strawberries soaked in water for some time.
• After that, pour the curd on a cotton cloth and filter the water completely. Due to this, there will be no water in the curd.
• Then tie a knot of the cloth and place any heavy object on it. This will drain the water in the curd properly.
• In a large pan add strawberry pieces and add sugar as required and cook well until strawberries are soft and keep it to cool.
• Take the prepared chakka in a sieve and mash it. Then mix the prepared strawberry crush in a bowl.
• Add cardamom powder as per taste to Srikhand and mix well. Strawberry Srikhand made in a simple way is ready.
