According to mythological beliefs, Bhadra is the daughter of Lord Surya and sister of Shani Dev. Being harsh by nature, when Bhadra influences the earth, auspicious activities like marriage, mundan or house warming are prohibited. At the same time, Panchak is a group of five special constellations, Dhanishtha, Shatabhisha, Purvabhadrapada, Uttarabhadrapada and Revati. • You can get success in: Although this time is bad for auspicious works but it can be considered good for victory over enemies, court case like filing a lawsuit or any operation. Worship of Hanuman ji and Shiva ji is best at this time.

Keep these 5 things in mind during Panchak

Strict rules have been given regarding certain tasks during the five days of Panchak, which can be understood in common parlance as follows:

• Collecting Wood: It is believed that by doing this there is a fear of fire.
• Traveling South: South direction is considered to be the direction of Yama, hence traveling in this direction can be painful.
• Roofing the house: By doing this, there is a possibility of increase in fights in the house and lack of money.
• Making a bed or cot: According to old beliefs, this can have a bad effect on health.
• Funeral: If cremation has to be performed at this time, it is considered tradition to burn five effigies of dough together.
