Historic Final Match Performance

In the final match, India U19 triumphed over England U19 by 100 runs, securing their sixth ICC Under-19 World Cup title in Harare, Zimbabwe.

The young Indian squad delivered a record-setting performance in a thrilling final. Choosing to bat first, India amassed a formidable total of 411/9, with Vaibhav Suryavanshi scoring an impressive 175 runs off just 80 balls, including 15 fours and 15 sixes. Captain Ayush Mhatre contributed 53 runs from 51 balls, while Abhigyan Kundu added a quick 40 runs off 31 balls.

Despite a valiant effort from England's Caleb Falconer, who scored 115 runs, the team could not meet the challenging target of 412 runs.
