Assam elections: BJP intensifies preparations to make Assam Congress-free

Before the upcoming assembly elections in Assam, BJP made a strategy to create Congress-free Assam and publicize development works. President Nitin Nabin called upon the workers to increase activism at every booth and communication with the public.

Assam Elections: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in Assam. Addressing party workers in Dibrugarh, party president Nitin Nabin made it clear that the BJP’s aim this time is to make ‘Congress-free Assam’. He said that the party has to get a strong victory in every field by taking advantage of the development work done in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Nabeen appealed to the workers to be active at the grassroots level and work with full strength and dedication at every booth. He expressed confidence that BJP’s victory will be ensured in all the 26 assembly constituencies of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia and Upper Assam.

Preparation to include development works in election strategy

Nitin Nabin said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, the people of Assam have been linked to development schemes. He stressed that this effort has been made not just to get votes, but to accelerate the overall development of the state.

The BJP president said the state is continuously progressing while preserving its rich cultural heritage. He directed the party workers to effectively convey the message of these development initiatives to the public. Nabeen said that continuous efforts have been made to create a safe and prosperous environment in Assam, which can play a decisive role in the party’s favor in the elections this time.

Call for Congress-free Assam

Nabeen stressed that the main objective of the BJP is to make Assam Congress-free. He said that this is an important time for the party and workers will have to play an active role at every booth. He said that creating confidence among the people regarding the development and safe environment of Assam is the basis of the election strategy.

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, schemes have been implemented on a large scale in the state, which have benefited the local people. Nabeen said that the BJP government has made important reforms in the fields of education, health, infrastructure and employment in the state.

Party activity in Tinsukia and Dibrugarh

During the day, Nabeen along with Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Assam BJP President Dilip Saikia and other office-bearers offered prayers in traditional attire at Bor Namghar in Tinsukia. On this occasion, he assured the local public and workers that BJP will perform strongly in the upcoming assembly elections.

Nabeen said preparation of every area is important for the party, especially in key districts like Upper Assam and Dibrugarh. He said that the victory of these areas will further strengthen the BJP’s hold in the state.

Appeal to party workers

The BJP President asked the workers to reach out to the public directly and share information about the development work done in the state. He stressed that elections should not be just a medium of publicity but a medium of real dialogue with the public.

Nabeen said that despite being completely safe, Assam is continuously moving towards development. He expressed confidence that the BJP-NDA government will be established with an overwhelming majority in the coming elections. He told the workers that they will have to work together at every booth so that the party’s message reaches the public effectively.

Progress of Assam under the leadership of Himanta Biswa Sarma

Nabeen also mentioned the achievements of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. He said that under the leadership of Sarma, development work in Assam has progressed at a fast pace. He said that many important schemes have been implemented in the fields of education, health, employment and basic facilities.
