Material
- 2 cups of rum
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped tomato (seeds removed)
- 1 small boiled potato (chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp green chutney
- 2-3 spoons of sweet tamarind chutney
- 1/2 tsp red chillies
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Fine shave
- Coriander (chopped)
- Lemon juice

- First take Murmure in a big bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato and boiled potato. Now add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. Then add red chillies, chaat masala and salt and mix all the mixture gently.
- Now squeeze lemon juice over it and stir gently again. After mixing all the ingredients well, garnish with sev and coriander. Serve the bhelpuri immediately after it is ready, as the murmures become soft if kept for longer.
- Always mix bhelpuri just before serving.
- You can add finely chopped cucumber or raw curry to make it tastier.
- Adjust the spiciness as per your preference.
