• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 cup spinach puree
• 1 tsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed

• First, wash the spinach and chop it finely. Then add some water in the mixer and prepare its puree.
• Add wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and little water in a bowl and mix everything together and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough for 10-15 minutes.
• Make small balls of equal size of the dough.
• Dip each ball in dry batter and roll into round and thin chapatis.
