×The Election Commission (EC) on Saturday started publishing the post-SIR electoral rolls in West Bengal in phases, as officials put up hard copies of the list in some districts such as Bankura. Till reports last received, the list was yet to be made available online on the designated EC portals and mobile app.
No clarity was yet received on the total number of deletions from the draft rolls, but EC sources said that names of over 1.35 lakh voters may have been deleted from Bankura district. The list was expected to be released at around 2 pm.

Voters who wish to verify their status offline can visit the offices of Block Development Officers (BDOs), Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs), or District Election Officers (DEOs), where printed copies of the electoral rolls will be available.
Political parties will also receive soft copies of the final electoral rolls for reference and verification purposes.

Under the ‘Services’ section, click on ‘Download Electoral Roll’.
A new page will open on the screen.
Fill in the required details on the portal: State – West Bengal, Year of Revision – 2026, Roll Type – SIR Final Roll 2026, District – as applicable, Assembly Constituency – as applicable, and Language – as preferred. Then enter the captcha code.
Select your polling station name from the list and click on “Download Selected PDFs” to view and download the voter list.

If they are not satisfied with the DEO’s decision, they may submit a further appeal — either online or offline — before the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
Names can continue to be added to the electoral rolls until the last date for filing nominations by candidates in the respective constituency for the upcoming Assembly elections.
