M25 traffic RECAP: All lanes shut as emergency services rush to scene - 1-hour delays

Drivers on the M25 faced huge delays on Monday, after four out of four lanes were shut down. The M25 was closed anticlockwise between junctions J10 and J9 due to a "police incident", National Highways said.
Shortly before 11.30am, National Highways said: "There are currently delays of 1 hour against expected traffic." Emergency crews were scrambled to the incident shortly after 9am. Police said the incident was linked to a "concern for safety" that was resolved at around 11:40am.
