Spring Statement LIVE: Rachel Reeves delivers update as UK economy in meltdown

Rachel Reeves is delivering her spring statement in the Commons.
The Chancellor will use the statement to insist that the Government has the right economic plan for Britain despite more than 15 U-turns.
She will point to falling inflation and interest rates cuts as helping reduce cost of living pressures.
But the statement comes just weeks after the Bank of England downgraded its growth rating for the UK economy.
