The artificial intelligence used in Senko’s app will perfectly analyze the customer’s facial expressions. Accordingly, this technology will determine which jewelry suits your look best. This is what they call ‘Design Intelligence’.
Jayita Sen, director and head of marketing at the company, said, “This endeavor is all about empowering women and emphasizing personal choice. Let women know themselves better and wear jewelery with that confidence — that’s our mission.” Shubhankar Sen, MD and CEO of the company said, “This kind of AI technology is first in the history of jewelery industry in India. This initiative is to take customer service to another level.”
The company has also announced a bunch of attractive offers on the occasion of Women’s Day. If you buy gold jewelry, you will get a direct discount of up to 3000 taka per 10 grams. There is a discount of up to 15 percent on wages. Buyers will get 15 percent discount on diamond price and up to 75 percent discount on wages in case of diamond jewelry. Apart from this, there are attractive discounts on silver jewelery and leather goods from Senes. On March 8, there will be a special benefit of up to 100 percent discount on wages for online shopping on the company’s website.
Currently Senko has more than 198 showrooms across India. Dubai also has two international markets. Experts believe that this combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology will create a new definition in the jewelry market in the coming days.
