TikTok stars-turned-parents, Kanwal Aftab and Zulqarnain Sikandar, shared advice for young families during a recent Q&A session with fans. The couple, who are raising their daughter Aizal, emphasized the importance of planning a small family.

Zulqarnain suggested that having too many children is often a choice of the wealthy. With rising living costs, he urged families to focus on raising children properly rather than increasing numbers.

Kanwal added that doctors recommend spacing children to give each child adequate attention and care. The couple confirmed they are not planning another baby soon and encouraged parents to plan wisely for the well-being of their children.

Earlier, Digital creator Kanwal Aftab has responded to criticism regarding her and her husband Zulqarnain Sikandar’s frequent Umrah visits, saying that financial means alone do not determine who gets the opportunity to perform the pilgrimage.

Kanwal and Zulqarnain are among Pakistan’s most followed digital creators. They are widely known for their family vlogs, mini vlogs, lip-sync videos, and travel content. The couple often shares glimpses of their personal and spiritual journeys with millions of followers across social media platforms.

In March 2025, the couple performed Umrah together. Now, during Ramzan 2026, they are once again in Saudi Arabia with their families to perform the pilgrimage. Their repeated visits have sparked debate online.

Some social media users questioned how the couple manages to perform Umrah so frequently. Critics suggested that financial privilege makes it easier for influencers and celebrities to undertake multiple trips, while many ordinary people struggle to afford even one pilgrimage in their lifetime.
