- Onion
- Red chillies
- Kairi
- Turmeric
- Garlic
- Daliv
- Oil
- Mustard
- Asafoetida
- Green chillies
- Coriander

Action:
- To make curry onion chutney first, wash the curry and cut it into fine pieces. Similarly, finely chop the onion.
- Add curry leaves, chillies, salt and turmeric to the khalbatya and grind it finely.
