After this, they must select the Kutir Jyoti Rooftop Solar Panel consent option in the app. Then, enter the consumer number and complete the OTP verification. Next, upload your BPL card, Aadhaar card, or other identity and address proof documents.

You must also include a roof photo and area details in the application form. Those without a smartphone can visit the nearest Facilitation Counter or Vasudha Center for free assistance. The department has clarified that this entire process can be completed free of charge.
