Liverpool will return to Champions League action on Tuesday, taking on Galatasaray in the day's early kick-off. Arne Slot's team have already lost once in Istanbul this season and will be out to avoid a repeat of their 1-0 reverse last time out even though they will need to make do without some senior players.
Victor Osimhen scored the only goal of the game when the teams faced off in the autumn. However, Liverpool won their three other away games in the league phase to finish third in the table.
Galatasaray were some way adrift in 20th place, with only one of the top 24 teams scoring fewer goals than the nine delivered by the Turkish side. It was a different story in the knockout play-offs, though, as Okan Buruk's side secured a 7-5 aggregate victory over Juventus after extra-time.
Ahead of Tuesday's kick-off, Liverpool have to deal with some current absences as well as some potential future ones. Here are Mirror Football''s latest lines from around Anfield.

Eight risk bansChampions League rules dictate that any player who picks up three yellow cards before the end of the quarter-finals will be handed a one-match ban. This is another reason why Liverpool benefited from avoiding an extra play-off round, with Galatasaray in danger of losing as many as seven players for the second leg if they're booked in the first.
Contrast that with Liverpool, for whom Curtis Jones is the only player currently on two yellows who could feature on Tuesday. Conor Bradley also sits on two bookings but has already been ruled out through injury.
Jones' first booking came in the league phase game against Galatasaray and his second came in the win away to Inter Milan in December. Gala goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir and defenders Ismail Jakobs and Abdulkerim Bardakci were all booked against Liverpool as well as on one further occasion, with Cakir and Bardakci cautioned during the play-off round.
Top scorer Victor Osimhen is also one game away from a ban, as are Noa Lang, Davinson Sanchez and Roland Sallai. However, midfielder Mario Lemina is no longer at risk of a similar ban after already serving a suspension for his three league phase yellows.
Pair missing from squadLiverpool's injury list has grown ahead of their trip to Turkey with goalkeeper Alisson not part of the travelling squad. The Brazil international is understood to have felt some discomfort towards the end of the Reds' last training session before the squad were due to fly out.
Federico Chiesa missed the session in question and, as feared, will also be unavailable. However, Trey Nyoni has travelled despite not being spotted in Monday training.
With Alisson unavailable, Giorgi Mamardashvili is expected to start on Tuesday. The Georgian keeper made his Champions League debut at the same ground in September after Alisson was forced off with an injury and went on to start against Eintracht Frankfurt, Real Madrid and PSV Eindhoven.
Mamardashvili has played just once since conceding four goals to PSV in November, starting the FA Cup third round victory over Barnsley. Freddie Woodman will be on the bench, having only played once since joining the Reds over the summer, while teenage keeper Kornel Misciur is also making the trip.
