NIB Vacancy 2026: The National Institute of Biologicals (NIB) has announced a recruitment notification for various roles for the year 2026. This recruitment initiative aims to fill 46 positions, which include Scientist Grade-II, Scientist Grade-III (Veterinary), Junior Scientist, Administrative Assistant, Junior Hindi Translator, Laboratory Technician, and Assistant-II.

Qualifications Required for Each Position
Scientist Grade-II (Medical): Candidates should hold an MBBS degree along with a postgraduate medical qualification in a relevant field like microbiology or pharmacology, with a minimum of 5 years of experience post-qualification.
Scientist Grade-II (Non-Medical): A postgraduate degree in a relevant science discipline with at least 60% marks or a PhD is required. Candidates must have 7 years of experience in the field or 3 years post-PhD.
Scientist Grade-III (Veterinary): An M.V.Sc. degree in veterinary medicine or related fields is necessary, along with 2 years of experience in veterinary medicine and laboratory work.
Junior Scientist: A postgraduate degree in a relevant science subject and at least 1 year of experience in quality control or research is required.
Administrative Assistant: A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in Arts, Commerce, or Science is needed, along with 5 years of experience in administration or accounts.
Junior Hindi Translator: A postgraduate degree in Hindi or English, or both, along with a diploma in translation or 2 years of translation experience is required.
Laboratory Technician: Candidates must have a BSc in Biology or related fields with a DMLT or a BSc in Medical Lab Technology, plus 1 year of practical experience.
Assistant-II: Candidates should have completed 12th grade with at least 50% marks and possess typing skills of 35 words per minute in English or 30 in Hindi.
