Cucumber Raita – Summer’s Number One Favorite

The most liked raita in summer is cucumber raita. It is rich in water and provides coolness to the body. Remove the seed part of the cucumber and grate it. Beat the curd well in a bowl and make it smooth. Add grated cucumber to it and add black salt and black pepper powder as per taste. Your refreshing cucumber raita is ready.

Like cucumber, cucumber raita is also considered a summer special. Apart from being hydrating, it is also rich in vitamins and minerals. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and grate it.
