Udaipur, March 9, 2026 (Read): Vivo is preparing to launch its upcoming smartphone Vivo X300swhich is expected to feature a 6.78-inch display. Recently, the device was spotted as Vivo X300 Max at the Mobile World Congress (MWC), though the company did not reveal details at the event. The smartphone will be introduced in China as the Vivo X300s.
The device could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 series chipset and is likely to replace the Vivo X200swhich was launched in April last year.
In a post on China’s microblogging platform WeiboVivo’s product manager He Boxiao confirmed the launch of the smartphone and shared key details to its display, camera, and speakers.
According to the information shared, the Vivo X300s will feature a 6.78-inch display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The display will use BOE Q10 Plus luminescent material and support ‘Circular Polarised Light 2.0’ technology for improved eye protection.
Han Boxiao also revealed that the smartphone will include a custom 751440 vibration motor made with a special alloy material. Compared to the 9595 haptic motorit offers 2.2 times more bandwidthdelivering enhanced haptic feedback.
For photography, the Vivo X300s will feature a 200-megapixel Zeiss-tuned rear camera. The device will also include ‘1511 War Drum Master’ symmetrical dual speakerswhich can increase sound output by up to 120 percent during gamingaccording to the company.
A recent report suggested that the smartphone may come with a dual rear camera unit with a periscope telephoto camera and a circular rear camera module. The device could also feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ processor and a 7,000mAh battery. It may include a 1.5K OLED display.
Recently, Vivo also launched the Vivo X300 FE smartphone. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The smartphone comes with a 6,500mAh battery and is a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini that was introduced in China last year.
The Vivo X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits peak brightness. Its triple rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.57 aperturean 8-megapixel ultra-wide cameraand a 50-megapixel telephoto camera.
