Littleborough emergency LIVE: Air ambulances swarm scene with major road closed

Emergency servies have rushed to the scene of an incdient in the tiny UK town of Littleborough, with a major road closed in both directions as a result. The incident has sparked a huge emergency services response.
Two air ambulances at the scene on Milnrow Road, close to Hollingworth Lake in Littleborough, Greater Manchester, as well as North West Ambulance Serice response vehicles. Greater Manchester Police confirmed its officers were called at around 2pm. The nature of the incident is currently unclear. The Daily Express has contacted the force for more commernt.
