Prabhas played the role of an astrologer in the film Radhe Shyam. The director had revealed that the character was inspired by the real hand-reading Cairo of Europe. Whereas, Pooja Hegde became a music teacher in the film. The film also featured Bhagyashree, Satyaraj, Krishnam Raju, Rajapati Babu, Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshini, Murali Sharma, Kunal Roy Kapur.
