Qu explained that the real worry isn't some sci-fi future, but seeing friends and colleagues get sorted into "two completely different groups" in a matter of months.
She shared, "The moment we feel someone performs below what AI can do, we don't think 'they need training.' We think they're worth zero. Not less. Zero."
It's a pretty stark shift in how people are valued at work right now.
