Unique bullock cart procession in Ajaygarh

This unique procession was taken out at the wedding of the younger son of Dr. Ramkhilavan Vishwakarma in Ajaygarh in Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. While most people use luxury vehicles and big convoys for weddings, this family chose bullock carts.

For this special procession, about 30 bullock carts were called from nearby villages Bira, Lolas, Shahpura, Gadarian Purwa and Majhpurwa. When the procession left at around 11:30 pm, a long queue of bullock carts was seen on the road.

This ride of the groom with bullock carts was no less than a celebration for the people. Discussion of this procession started in the entire area and people came out of their homes to see it.
