PM Kisan Yojana 22nd Installment: The installment that millions of farmers across the country have been waiting for is now near. The government has clarified that the next installment will be credited to their accounts soon. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers are provided financial assistance every year.

This scheme provides relief for small farming expenses. There has been debate for several days about when the next installment will be released. Now, the picture is clear. According to the government, the 22nd installment will be credited to the bank accounts of eligible farmers on March 13th. However, as always, there will be some farmers whose accounts will not receive the money.

When will the 2,000 rupees be credited to their accounts?

For quite some time, farmers have been questioning when the next installment would be released. Initially, it was believed that the money might arrive by the end of February. Then, there was talk that the installment might be released before Holi. Now, the government has clarified that 2,000 rupees will be transferred to farmers' accounts on March 13th. This money is transferred directly to their bank accounts, so farmers don't need to travel anywhere.

How the Kisan Yojana benefits:

Every year, farmers receive a total assistance of 6,000 rupees.

This amount is disbursed in three installments.

2,000 rupees are transferred to their accounts every four months.

So far, farmers have received 21 installments.

Now, with the release of the 22nd installment, millions of farmers will once again receive direct financial assistance.

These farmers will not receive the money

However, not all farmers will benefit from this installment. Instalments may be delayed if certain mandatory requirements are not met. The government has already clarified that certain procedures are required to avail the scheme.

If these tasks are not completed, payments may be delayed:

E-KYC not completed.
Farmer ID not created.
Bank account information is incorrect.
Aadhaar and a bank account are not linked.

Many farmers' instalments are delayed due to these reasons. Therefore, farmers who have not yet completed these tasks should update them as soon as possible.

Will the money be credited to your account?

It's also easy for farmers to know whether their instalment will be credited to their account. They can check the status online. Follow these simple steps to check the status.

Check the status this way:

Go to the official PM Kisan website.
Click on the Know Your Status option in the Farmers Corner.
Enter your registration number and captcha.
Full details will then be displayed on the screen.

From here, farmers can also check whether their e-KYC, land seeding, and Aadhaar bank seeding are complete. If a previous installment was stopped for some reason and all necessary work has now been completed, they may receive the next installment again.
