NEET UG 2026: NTA NEET UG form correction window opens, you can make corrections in these fields online..

Application forms for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG Form 2026) were filled from February 8th to March 11th. Lakhs of candidates applied to appear in this exam. The National Testing Agency has now opened the NEET Correction Window from today, March 12th, which will remain open until March 14th, 2026, at 11:50 pm.

Students who have made mistakes while filling out the form can correct their form within the stipulated date and time. Corrections can only be made online.

For students' information, please note that they can make corrections in the following fields in the application form:

Either of two fields: Father's name, qualification, and occupation, or Mother's name, qualification, and occupation

Educational qualification details (Class X and Class XII), State/Union Territory from which passed/appearing in 12th/equivalent examination, Category
Subcategory/Person with Disability, Signature
Number of attempts in NEET (UG)

Selection of exam city based on permanent address, medium of examination
Candidates will be allowed to change their identity details (only for those who have registered using an identity card other than Aadhaar).

22.60 Lakh Applications Received
For the information of students and parents, please note that over 22.60 lakh applications have been received from across the country for this exam. The NEET UG exam will be held on May 3, 2026. The exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode, with the timings being from 2 pm to 5 pm. This exam will provide admission to MBBS and other medical courses in government and private medical colleges across the country. A total of approximately 129,000 MBBS seats are currently vacant across the country.
