The picturesque town of Dharamshala has recently introduced a delightful new dining option with the launch of the Authentic Bangalore Idly Dosa Restaurant, which brings the true tastes of Karnataka to the area. The restaurant was inaugurated by DC Kangra Hemraj Bairwa during a special ceremony.


This establishment focuses on delivering genuine South Indian dishes, featuring Idly, Dosa, and Vada, all crafted in the traditional Bangalore manner. The management emphasizes that each dish is prepared using pure ghee and authentic rice and dal sourced directly from South India, guaranteeing diners an authentic South Indian culinary experience.


A standout feature of the restaurant is its open kitchen design, allowing patrons to observe the cooking process firsthand. From the preparation of the batter to the creation of a perfectly crispy dosa, guests can witness the entire cooking journey, highlighting the establishment's commitment to transparency and cleanliness in food preparation.


The meals are served in a classic South Indian manner, accompanied by fresh chutney and sambar, ensuring a complete and authentic dining experience.
