Hit duo Jayakrishnan and Veena are back; Valyettan coming soon

Malayalam TV is all set to have yet another new serial. Jayakrishnan and Veena starrer ' Valyettan ' is all set to hit the screen soon, and the teaser is already making rounds on social media.
Story of a doting brother
In the teaser shared by the channel, Jayakrishnan is spotted as the elder brother of four sisters. Just as the title suggests, the serial is expected to deal with the story of a doting elder brother who is taking care of his sisters just like a parent. On the other hand, yet another teaser of the show is hinting at a romantic track too. In the video, a childhood romance is seen blooming between the characters played by Jayakrishnan and Veena. Along with the duo, the show has Aleena, Mahesh Nair, Ranjitha, Honey and Gouri playing meaty roles.
As per the updates, Valyettan is the Malayalam remake of the popular Tamil show 'Anna,' starring Senthil Kumar and Nithya Ram. The show is expected to have its premiere on Monday, March 23.
Jayakrishnan and Veena are back
Jayakrishnan is one of the known faces in the industry. The actor who started off his career with the Kamal-directed movie 'Manjupole oru penkutty' made his mark in television too. He had done notable roles in serials like Namukku Paarkkuvan Munthirithoppukal , Sumangali Bhava, and more.
On the other hand, actress Veena, who was seen playing the main protagonist in the horror thriller movie Akashaganga 2, became a household name in Malayalam TV with the show 'Gouri Shankaram.'
Notably, both Jayakrishnan and Veena were seen together in the show 'Panchangni,' and their chemistry is much loved by fans. Can they create the magic again? Viewers have to wait and watch.
