Train Cancelled: Millions of people travel by Indian Railways every day. Consequently, due to operational requirements or other factors, changes to train timings and routes are frequently necessary. In such situations, several trains also have to be cancelled. In this context, to enhance railway infrastructure, Northern Railway has decided to implement two "Power and Traffic Blocks," each lasting 9 hours and 40 minutes. These blocks are being undertaken to dismantle the old Bridge No. 249—located between Delhi and Delhi Shahdara Junction—and construct a new bridge in its place. This project involves the cutting and joining of tracks on both the North and South lines. As a result, several trains have been cancelled, and the routes of many others have been diverted. Additionally, some trains will also be rescheduled.
