Instagram has added a new voice effects feature to its DMs, including chipmunk, demon, robot, and other fun options.
Users can customize their voice notes with different effects before sending and the name of the effect will also appear when heard.

Instagram has added an exciting new feature to its DM (Direct Messages). Now users can customize their voice notes with a variety of fun voice effects before sending. These effects include options like Chipmunk, Demon, Robot, Alien, Underwater, Stadium, Wobble, and Fishbowl. When someone listens to a voice note, they’ll also see which effect has been used, making chatting even more interactive and fun.

How to use voice effects in Instagram DMs?

First of all open a chat.
Press and hold the voice message button.
Now tap on the voice effects option.
Record your voice note.
Try different effects and see which one looks the funniest.
Then choose the effect you like best and send it.
